Dr. David Rothstein is a graduate of McGill Medical School (2015) and McGill’s Family Practice Program at St. Mary’s Hospital (2017). He worked at Elna Pediatrics Tiny Tots and served for several years as the Family Medicine Director. He co-chairs McGill University’s Practical Problems in Pediatrics conference. He also serves as a faculty lecturer for McGill Family Medicine residents and holds the position of Osler Fellow, teaching and mentoring medical students.
He is a highly-trained, experienced, family doctor who is particularly interested in paediatrics and urgent care. His professional approach focuses on providing an excellent quality of care that is thorough, compassionate and readily accessible. A strong believer in collaboration and communication, Dr. Rothstein values working within an efficient team of family physicians and sub-specialists while collaborating with allied services. He enjoys working hard to meet the highest standards of care for his patients and is always available for them if they have a concern.
Dr. Rothstein is married to a dentist (pediatrics) and has two amazing children, Aiden and Dylan.

Dr. Alicia Lessard graduated with honours from McGill University’s Faculty of Medicine (2021). She then completed her family medicine residency in 2023 at St. Mary’s Hospital (McGill University). As a family doctor, she is particularly interested in paediatrics and women’s health. Her approach is empathetic and she has always attached great importance to working in a team that strives for excellence in patient care and experience.
Dr. Lessard was an elite athlete for many years and has therefore always prioritized teamwork and collaboration. She values the relationships with her patients as well as with her colleagues or other healthcare workers.
Dr. Lessard is married to a supportive husband and will be treating your children as if they were her own.

Allison Gardos is a seasoned pediatric physiotherapist with over 18 years of experience. Allison has extensive experience working with children with a wide range of pediatric conditions, including neurologic, orthopedic and gross motor delays. She pursued her dream by attending Georgia State University in Atlanta and obtaining her Master’s in Physical Therapy in 2002. Her passion is working with children and adapting to their needs. She works in a variety of different settings including pediatric clinics, homecare, daycare and schools. Her approach to treatment is family centered and collaborative. She believes in working together as a team with the patients’ families to make a significant difference through physical rehabilitation.
Established as a reference in the Montreal pediatric physiotherapist private services, she also guest lectures at McGill University in the Masters of Physiotherapy department. She has attended national pediatric conferences, symposiums and courses certified by the Montreal Children’s Hospital and by CHU Ste-Justine Hospital. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family, skiing, traveling and playing piano.

Melissa Patterson is an experienced administrative associate with robust foundations in clinical operations. Most of her 15+ year career was spent in the healthcare sector, holding pivotal positions in project management and driving business development initiatives at Vision Group Canada.
Melissa’s innate empathy and nurturing nature shine through in everything she does. A dedicated mom to three little boys, Melissa is no stranger to the journey that is parenthood. Her boundless passion and unwavering dedication to her community are evident in her work ethic and contributions.

Blending his background as a medical secretary with a degree in tourism from St. Pius Culinary and Business School, Mark Diez has accumulated a wealth of experience in the service industry.
He is a passionate traveller and has visited Mexico, Hong Kong, Italy, Philippines and Japan. Mark loves staying active at the gym, trying new food, and meeting new people. He values his relationships with patients and is a dedicated friend. As a natural team player, Mark thrives in collaborative environments and cherishes the opportunity to help people.

Lauren then transitioned her career to the medical field, bringing her wealth of experience in administrative management and customer service to her role as a Medical Receptionist. Her commitment to delivering quality patient care, combined with her background in education, allows her to create a warm and welcoming environment for all patients.
Lauren is the mother of 3 young children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her passion for helping others and her diverse skill set make her an invaluable asset in any professional environment.
